1:ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS WEEKLY SAFETY REPORTS
Weekly Safety KPI Reports Includes:
– Job Sites Weekly, Monthly YTD, Workman hours,
– Including shop, office, casuals, and contractors hours
– Weekly Stats Report Form
– All recordable incidents
– All first aid incidents
– Lost work days
– All work and non -work illnesses
– Equipment related incidents
– Vehicle related incidents
– Fire related Incidents
– Environmental incidents,
– Bac Testing,
– Job sites Take Five conducted, including shop,
2: INVOLVEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
– Safety Observations
– Employee Involvement
– Tool Box Talk Delivery
– Monthly Rig Site, Shops, Vehicle Inspections
– Monthly Fire extinguisher inspection
– Conduct SOP’s, JSA’s Awareness,
– Plan Periodic Drill Sites and Pre – Job Site Visits in liaison with the clients safety reps
– Monitor LV Driving activities including for Geodrill and clients site specific requirements

Pré-requis pour ce poste
(Knowledge, Skills and Experiences)
– 2 years of HSE field-related experience
– Equivalent experience and certifications in industrial health and safety as an HSE professional or Preferably University degree (or completed classes) with industrial emphasis. Classes related to HSE and regulatory laws and compliance.
Technical Skills
– Demonstrated verbal and written French /English communication skills.
– Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
– Willingness to travel, as required, to work sites, including work rotations.
– Valid driver’s license with safe driving history. Knowledge of National Safety Code and Commercial Vehicle Regulations
– Exceptional people skills, able to develop trust-based relationships.
– Detail-oriented, organized, problem-solver, time management, great communications skills.
– Able to work in a dynamic team environment and under tight time constraints
– Ability to handle confidential information and meet specified deadlines.
